Greetings from Sunshine Iris Nursery! Normally in October we look forward to welcoming friends to our iris nursery. Sadly this year we have made the decision not to open the nursery due to a number of factors.
COVID has left us a little depleted! We have found that our stocks have diminished to such an extent that we feel the floral display will not justify the journey. Whilst we have some irises flowering the display is nowhere near as spectacular as previous years and we are letting the plants recover.
As a consequence of this, we have decided to pause our irs sales until mid February 2022. This will enable stocks to multiply and become better established.
Day lilies are still available and will be posted within the five day turnaround as advertised on our website.
Our apologies to all those who wanted to visit us this year and those who wanted to order before February. We will be back bigger and better than ever next year.
